Paper printing industrial conveyor belt

The paper industry and the printing industry will generally use the chip baseband, perforated conveyor belt, and pvc conveyor belt. Different conveyor belts have different functions.

Uses: Suitable for compact transmission, the use of high-speed, large ratio of occasions. Such as: cigarettes, hoods, paper, printing, textile machinery, HVAC equipment, metal equipment, vending equipment and military industries. Also used in the electronics industry substrate line, SMT equipment, circuit board transportation.

Punch conveyor belt: refers to a special process on the strip for high-precision drilling. Can be used in synchronous delivery, positioning delivery, (vacuum) adsorption transport and so on. Mainly include: positioning conveyor belt, synchronous conveyor belt, (vacuum) adsorption conveyor belt, drying leak conveyor belt, vegetable dehydration conveyor belt, molding conveyor belt.

PVC conveyor belt: PVC is actually a vinyl polymer material, the material is a non-crystalline material. PVC materials in the actual use often add stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agent, pigment, impact agents and other additives. With non-flammable, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC has a strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxalic acid such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and it is not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
